For a long time, my reflection felt like a stranger. I was living in a constant battle against myself, a war waged with body shame, crippling self-doubt, and the deafening silence I tried to numb with alcohol. I was an expert at controlling everything around me because, on the inside, I felt completely lost. This heavy existence began to shift in 2011, when a single Reiki session cracked open a window in the dark room I’d been living in. The voice of God reawakened inside me.
That moment was more than just healing; it was a reawakening of the childhood intuitive gifts I had long suppressed. It was a gentle permission slip to begin releasing the layers of pain, fear, and confusion I’d carried for years. This whisper of remembrance grew into a roar, as God guided me in 2013 to the highlands of Guatemala. There, I met two of my mentors (Sri & Kira), immersed myself in indigenous Mayan teachings, and was initiated into the ancient Quantum Healing modality of Avesa™.
That sacred initiation was the catalyst for a profound transformation that continues to unfold. The path since has been one of radical honesty and courageous surrender.
This was the foundation of my breakthrough and reawakening to the Divine that lives within us. And since then, I have had the honor of sitting at the symbolic feet of many Master Teachers. They all have carried a similar message of love, forgiveness, accountability, and trust in a Higher Power whom I call “God Most High”. Now I have the honor of being called a Teacher among Teachers.
